Toluca Lake Neighborhood Watch is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents through proactive measures, information sharing, and a strong community bond. 

The Toluca Lake Neighborhood Watch is a volunteer community group. We are not law enforcement. Our role is to observe, document, and report suspicious activity to the LAPD & Burbank PD.
